การแก้ไขปัญหาสิทธิว่างเดือนสิงหาคม ทั้งเดือนมีการแก้ไขโดยการติดตามมาลงทะเบียนทั้งหมด 4,949 ราย คิดเป็น 24.98% ของสิทธิว่างทั้งหมดเมื่อต้นเดือนสิงหาคม ส่วนในเดือนกันยายน มีการติดตามมาลงทะเบียนในรอบลงทะเบียนที่ 1 จำนวน 2,382 ราย คิดเป็น 14.13% หน่วยบริการที่มีการติดตามอย่างรวดเร็วคือ เครือข่าย รพ.หนองเรือ , เปือยน้อย , หนองสองห้องและเขาสวนกวาง ส่วนในรอบการลงทะเบียนรอบที่ 2 ยังไม่ได้รับข้อมูลส่งกลับจาก สปสช. จึงยังไม่สามารถสรุปได้ ส่วนแนวโน้มสิทธิว่างใน 3 เดือนนี้ สิทธิว่างกำลังลดลงเรื่อยๆ

เดือนนี้ในภาพรวมความครอบคลุมสิทธิประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า ทั้งNational Coverage และ UC Coverage ลดลง อย่างละ 0.01% มาอยู่ที่ 98.65% และ 98.21 % ตามลำดับ ในขณะที่สิทธิว่างลดลงจากเดือนที่เดือนที่แล้วถึง 2,953 ราย เหลือสิทธิว่างเพียง 16,861 ราย สาเหตุที่จำนวนสิทธิว่างลดลงแต่ความครอบคลุมไม่ได้เพิ่มขึ้นน่าจะเกิดจาก บัตรทองทั้งจังหวัดลดลง และสิทธิประกันสังคมและ สิทธิข้าราชการเพิ่มขึ้นด้วย และนี่เป็นเดือนแรกที่สิทธิว่างต่อประชากรลดลงต่ำกว่า 1% คือสิทธิว่างต่อประชากรเพียง 0.94%

Top 5 drawbacks of Joomla!

When it comes to CMS solutions, some things are just plain obvious – and here are 5 good reasons where Joomla falls down again and again:

1. You can’t recognize a good Joomla web site
Professional web developers that create CMS sites using Joomla have no regard for the standard templates that are available and inevitably create sites that are totally unrecognizable as CMS and where the origination software can only be found after digging in the source code. Very original!

2. Get lost in the available extensions.
Good CMS solutions sport a ‘reasonable’ number of extensions. I know of several that can boast dozens. I know some CMS developers that can list them by heart. I even know of commercial CMS options that sport approximately 60 extensions. But Joomla with total disregard to its user base has gone totally overboard and currently offers 3461 extensions. Now that’s just sick! Who can keep track of so many extensions?

3. Joomla sites can fall to bits when they are finished.
It is alleged that Joomla sites are so easy to manage and keep up to-date that virtually anyone with a web browser and an internet connection can edit their website. In fact Joomla will tell you that you need no programming or HTML experience to manage your site. Therein lies the problem! Once a web design company has handed over a finished site to a client – they go crazy and add new texts and images and the whole thing ends up looking quite different to what the designer had in mind and has a really ‘up to date’ feel about it.
Caution: If you want your site to stay the way it was when you designed it – don’t use Joomla and don’t let your client update it.

4. Joomla is not for the elite
Elite design companies use specialized tools. They like to use things… the elite use. So forget Joomla! – Apparently masses of people are now using Joomla. There are hundreds of thousands of registered Joomla developers and a whole heap more of people using Joomla websites. Joomla has become very common indeed.
The bottom line: Joomla isn’t for the sophisticated anymore. Stick to your Mac and your iPhone!

5. You can’t deduct Joomla from your taxes
Yes, for most of you this will be the sticking point. You really can’t get tax returns when you use Joomla. So what’s that all that about then?
Those people at Joomla really went out on a limb when they decided to make Joomla ‘Open Source’. Without going into the small print I can tell you that it’s cost free – you can’t buy it. You won’t have any ‘overhead’ advantages with Joomla. For Pete’s sake – you don’t even get to pirate it!

What Makes any Web Site Successful?

What makes any web site successful? What increases the number of your visitors, making them coming back again and again? The answer is simple – surely, web graphics on your web site! If you have a professional web design you may consider to have half the battle on the business battlefield! However, besides this one, there are other attributes responsible for different additional features related to image placement on the web pages.

The ALIGN attribute serves to align the graphics on your web page. The attribute allows two values assigned – left and right. The value LEFT makes the web browser place an image on the left of the text as well as the value RIGHT allows to place the image on the right relative to the text. You should note that if the attribute ALIGN has already been used to align the text relative to the graphics on your specified page, you will not be allowed to set the parameters of text flow around the image. The attribute ALIGN allows to place the text between two graphical images. In this case the tags describing the image shall be placed over the text that is to be enclosed between them.

The ALT attribute helps to add comments that will be reflected if the web browser cannot load the graphics on your web page. The attributes WIDTH & HEIGHT help to assign the width and the height of the image you are placing. However, these attributes are not recommended to be used for the images in jpg format since an incorrect value assignment may result in deterioration of graphics quality. So before you insert any graphics on your web pages you should correct its parameters with the help of any graphics editor. If the while background of the page is not what you really want, you can put any graphical background on your page with the help of the attribute BACKGROUND of the tag . Since the web browser automatically places the image copies the way they fill in the whole page, so the image you apply for your background may be done small in size.

You should remember that while creating a graphical background of your page you should use such images that provide interesting visual effects and at the same time that would not disturb your customers from reading the text itself. For example, placing a text on the page with tiger background would result in lost of interest to your content since the reading would be completely uncomfortable in this case. A good image being repeated multiple times looks “smooth”, without any seams or joints. Don’t forget to pay attention to the color and size of your font if you make a graphical background to achieve absolute easiness in reading. The attribute BORDER helps the designers to assign the frame’s size around the graphical image. Experienced web graphic designers recommend to use gif format for graphics web site elements such as menus and banners and for jpg format for full-color images. Anyway, whatever you apply, keep in mind the fact that you are creating your professional web design for your potential customers and your web site should be easy to use from the point of web graphic design and web development.
